Guest guest
Hello; Thanks for helping me out. I have gone vegetarian, and I don't drink coffee to begin with, nor foods with caffein in it. Also, I don't have dairy products and now wheat products either. No foods with lots of salt in it either. I do all my cooking from scratch, that way I know what is all in there, and also tastes better as compared to buying ready made things which aren't all that great for taste and full of additives which I don't like. As for exercise, I attend an aqua aerobics class 3 times a week and I also bike on my exercise bike. As for the magnesium shots, this lady has been going for couple of years now for them. She's t hinking of stopping them. I am happy to hear that things are working for you. Thanks again for your help. It takes about four weeks (3 times a week) before you feel any difference. As to supplements - you already have a good list from others. I would just add Malic Acid. There's some theories that Mycoplasma is a cause of some fibromyalgia. You may want to see if you can get tested for it. I also did diet changes (no wheat, diary, sugars, caffeine) and I have a firm exercise program. Exercising was h*ll in the beginning - but now it makes a huge difference.
