I have been on Paxil for over 4 years and would like to know how to get

myself off of it without becoming very depressed and hostile. I have been that

way

while being on it and when I tried to lower the dose it gets worse. I have

started taking Flax seed and cottage cheese and lots of E and B vitamins and

would like to get off of the paxil I feel so much better being on the other

stuff

but still take the paxil I know it's not to good for me but I feel like I have

no options help me know how to go off of paxil please.
