Guest guest
I searched Google for acid reflux and natrual healing of acid raflux and all I got were some very high priced sale pitces. what I would like is a list of herbs something that I can goto the health food store and buy on my own. Not pay $29.99 a month for the rest of my life for over the net. But thinks for ur tip anyway. Anyone know what I need to do to correct the problem? What foods I need to cut out all together? I will do what ever it takes to get rid of acid reflux. Again thanks gregory - <DaRocksMom Wednesday, August 06, 2003 5:14 AM Re: Natrual Alt. Guest guest
Frank Thank u for directing me to the archives. I did not know they existed. I'm not looking for a majic pill. I want to come off as many meds as I can because I know they are doing my body so much damage. I have been on them for 11 years and suffer from them for so long it is crazy. I know I am full of toxins am I just starting to get rid of this stuff in my body but before I can off it I need to cut the bad out of my diet to get rid of the source of the problem. thats what I'm after. Sorry if I gave the impression that I was looking for a majic herb pill to replace my meds I'm not. I'm just asking for direction as to what I need to cut out of my diet to correct the problem. On google thats all they were offering were pills to fix the problem. Not ways to correct the diet I guess thats why I said what I said sorry if I came across bad. I did not mean to. I do need all the help I can get here and I don't want to cause any sore feelings. but I did look into the archives and I found some useful infomation. I also called a health pract. and he suggested cutting out all suger and caff. which I will. again thanks for all ur help Frank Gregory - " califpacific " <califpacific Wednesday, August 06, 2003 12:08 PM Re: Natrual Alt. Guest guest
Hello JoAnn Thanls for the info. My diet is not all that bad. all though it does need some inprovement. I do not eat white flour except when we go out to eat and I have no other choice. I guess not I will make a diffrent choice. As for sugar and caff. I use it only in pop. and that is only in two or three a week so I will have no problem cutting that out. i can cut out red meat no problem. I did not think juice was a bad thing but I'm still learning. My wife and I plan to buy a juicer soon so that will be settled soon. I use splenda as a sub. for sugar I hope that is ok. I'm really trying to cut back on tha amount of meds I take I'm on 6 diffrent kinds I have been in contact with truehope, and if I switch to them that will replace two. but I can't replace my accupril because of my kidneys. i have kidneys illness that i need to control the amount of protens in my blood, unless I can get some direction here for that. I am also on lipator for high col. and it is causing liver problems right now so I've got to get off it soon but i don't know what to do about it. can u see what kind of mess the doctors have got me into. I really do need to get my body into a new and better way of living. gregory - " JoAnn Guest " <angelprincessjo Wednesday, August 06, 2003 7:32 PM Re: Natrual Alt.
