Guest guest
Hello, I woke up with a sore place in the back of my mouth where the jaws meet. It's a little red and has some white spots (they look like the sort of thing you see in strep throat, but I'm not ill other than the spots!). There are a few of them and, like I said, it is sore there. I've tried gargling with diluted grapefruit seed extract, chewing garlic, and putting yogurt on the area. I'll try some more yoghurt this morning. So far they are still there, but the rest of my mouth is sore! Do I go to the doctor and get antibiotics? I have some nystatin in the cupboard. Should I try that? Thanks for your help and ideas. Marti
