The little dropper bottle had a huge skull & crossbones on the bottle & the bottle warned not to take more than 100 micrograms a day. To be honest, the skull & crossbones had me petrified. I never did mix up any of the solution, or take any of the Selenium in that form. Now the Selenium comes a tablet form, with no skull & crossbones or dire warnings on the label. I have been taking 200 micrograms of Selenium twice daily for about 5 years now. And I have taken Selenium at lower doses (100-200 micrograms/day) for over a decade prior.
