Elly In a life threatening situation, I'll use allopathic meds (but not chemo or radiation) to buy time to do enough research to figure out what I should be using instead of the allopathic meds. When I was diagnosed with diabetes & had a large non-healing ulcer on my foot, I used the allopathic meds until the physical therapist enticed my foot to heal. While on the meds, I began taking natural supplements, so my transition away from the allopathic drugs was smooth & without complication. Having my high blood sugar cause me to lose my foot was my primary fear. It took me all of 2 weeks to realize the diet the allopaths wanted me to eat was not good for me, and the medicines would cause my long-term death. Then it took another month to figure out alternatives. It took about 6 months to get my foot to heal. In the process, the docs became convinced my foot *must* be infected because the bone had been exposed for a few months prior to me going to the hospital the first time. I refused to take antibiotics until they proved I had an infection. As I strongly felt, I had no infection -- probably because the supplements I regularly take keep my immune system in tip-top shape. Allopaths want to scare people into taking their poisons, then because of cascading " side-effects " it becomes harder & harder to get back off of them. So I would beware of getting on any allopathic meds. And if one, to figure out the safest way to get off them. Alobar ..
