Expeller pressed or unrefined.... are terms commonly used to described oils

from vegetative sources that are not processed with heat or solvents to retain

the maximum unique properties of the plants.

PS Edgar Cayce recommended castor oil extensively.

Hi! The drug store variety is extracted with hexane (likely some

remains), and the health food store variety is better, as you say. Steve
