Guest guest
--- Hello Joan, For anxiety disorders, the 1st thing to do is kick the caffeine - and that includes chocolate, refined sugar and all processed, refined junk food as well - it is much easier when this is done progressively. A lack of EFA's may be at the root of your problem. Good luck - Ray. Hi all, I'm new to the group and have recently started taking supplements for my different ailments. I have fibromyalgia, social phobia, anxiety and depression. The anxiety bothers me the most, but a friend told me yesterday that Xanax is really not a good drug to be on. Was wondering if anyone out there had any suggestions of a natural supplement I can take instead. thanks, Joan
