THE FOUR ESSIAC HERBS

 

 

All four main herbs help to support body functions* by cleansing the

blood, promoting cell repair, and aiding effective assimilation and

elimination. When combined, their separate beneficial effects are

BURDOCK ROOT (Arctium lappa)

Burdock promotes and supports healthy cellular development and

SLIPPERY ELM inner bark (Ulmus Fulva)

Slippery Elm contains large amounts of tannins and mucilages which

are believed to help dissolve mucus depostis in tissue, glands and

nerve channels.* The inner bark, rich in calcium, magnesium and

vitamins (A,B,C,K) nouishes and soothes organs, tissues and mucus

membranes and is helpful to the lungs.* The ingredient is helpful in

neutralizing acid associated with occasional indigestion.*

 

SHEEP SORREL (Rumex Acetosella)

Sheep Sorrel promotes digestive health and helps to promote tissue

integrity and health in the digestive system.* It also contains

moisturizers that promotes nourishment of the skin.*

 

 

INDIAN RHUBARB ROOT (Rheum Officinale)

This rhubarb promotes overall health and well-being, intestinal

flora balance, and healthy circulation.*
