hello all,

Has anyone any information on alternative treatments for Raynauds.

You may have a different name for this condition but it is very

weak blood vessels in hands and feet. The fingers bruise very

easily, and the skin is very thin and Knocks bleed profusely. The

hands and feet turn blue very quickly when cold and they can be blue

with cold when its very hot outside. I would think B Vitamins would

help but any ideas.

thanks Chris

I don't know too much about Raynauds but first thing I would do is get a

juicer and have carrot juice everyday. also make sure you are drink 8-10

glasses of pure water a day, are you?

Hello Ed,

Thanks for the advice, yes I do take my vitamins

and drink my water but then the information is not for

me. I would imagine the lady in question may need to

increase her water intake and increase vits C and E

and maybe ginko would help I just wondered if anyone

had any first hand experience.

Thanks again

Chris
