Dr.Jennifer Daniels,MD, license suspension restored

 

 

Hi Activists & Consumers,

I am thrilled to report that Dr.Jennifer Daniels,MD the alternative doctor from

Syracuse, New York had her Medical license suspension restored on appeal by the

3rd Department of the Appellate Division. Dr.Daniels' license had been suspended

for the last 2 years. Dr.Daniels was the Green Party candidate for Liutenant

Governor in New York in 2002. The court did not award any costs and the case was

remanded to tho Office of Professional Medical Conduct to reconsider a possible

penalty.

 

Times have been very difficult financially and emotionally for Dr.Daniels and

she probably will have to work in another doctors office to regain her financial

footing.

She wants to thank all of her supporters for their encouragement,hopes and

prayers.
