Some double blind studies have found that prescription steroid dosages

were able to be significantly reduced by the prescribing physicians in

the treatment group receiving DHEA (a natural adrenal steroid

supplement with much lower risk of side effects than the prescribed

medications) versus the control group supplementing with a placebo. I

suggest 7-Keto DHEA because it will not metabolize to alter your levels

of other hormones like estrogen and progesterone, which you may not

want to change.
