Went to my health food store today . Wanted liquid magnesium for better

absorption. All I could find was calcium magnesium supplements. Wouldnt

mind this except all of them had fructose or some kind of sugar in them.

Being diabetic I dont want supplements with fructose in them. Does anyone

use a liquid magnesium or magnesium/calcium without any sugar whatsoever??

Ken,

The site you've listed apparently sells lamps.

Regards,

Skip

P.S. Are you supposed to grind up the bases to get the powdered magnesium? :)

Sharon,

Calcium and magnesium work together. You have to have one

for the other to be absorbed in the blood stream. Depending

upon how much fructose the vitamin has and how sensitive you

are to it, it may not be enough to cause you a problem. I would,

however, see how much is in it and discuss it with your doctor

before taking. Unfortunately, you are going to get better

absorption into the bloodstream and to the cellular level with a

vitamin that is a complex and has fructose.

It seems to be an error in transcribing the URL. Try it

with " .org " instead of " .com " -- which is why I always use

cut- & -paste instead of typing URLs.
