Guest guest
Hi Claire, I also find that if I carefully follow Dr. D'Adamo's book for my Blood type O I feel much better. I asked my Environmental Illness doctor about this book and she said it is very valid work. I am allergic to large numbers of vegetables (real allergy which so many don't understand at all) and they have even sent me to the ER. However, he does say that Blood Type A should eat mainly vegetables. > " Claire West " <clairewest1 >Gettingwell > >Re: Astonished! >Sat, 24 May 2003 08:17:41 -0700 > >lotecq, > >It is astonishing that such a seemingly nutritious diet would result in bad >test scores.
