[drugawareness] Re:SPOOF - Zoloft for Everything Article

 

 

 

 

Thanks to those of you who woke me up this morning to the Zoloft for

everything article as coming from a spoof newspaper! Anyone who has seen

their latest advertisement would believe it as well. Given what we all know

about the way SSRIs are and have been so liberally prescribed for years now,

why wouldn't anyone believe it? But it actually came from the Onion, which is

a satirical newspaper.

 

Sadly the Onion article is not so far fetched. Maybe we should thank them for

attempting to wake us up to the possibility beforehand. The number of dead

and dying from these drugs at this point is already far beyond what we can

begin to keep up with.

 

Thanks to all of you in the drugawareness group who continue to support us in

this monumental effort of saving lives.
