together right now to influence the passing of the new VICA (Vaccine Injury

Compensation Act), vaccine-injured Americans, now and in the future, will

lose one of the most important rights under the Constitution of the United

States: JUSTICE.

Civil Rights and Justice for Vaccine Injury Coalition Objectives

 

The Civil Rights and Justice for Vaccine Injury Coalition represents

thousands of individuals nationwide who are concerned about recently

proposed changes to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. As

such we urge full and complete hearings on any legislation to reform the

1986 Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Even before appropriate reforms

can be designed, a full investigation is needed into the many problems that

have arisen under VICA. Without reservation or limitations, the law must

provide fair, appropriate, and timely compensation for all individuals

injured by vaccines.
