Guest guest
I have been trying to do research on a company that makes Juice Plus vegetable and fruit supplements but have not had alot of luck yet. The thing that interests me in their product is that they claim to derive nearly all the benefits of eating whole vegetables in their supplements. They claim that by juicing and then dehydrating they can get most of the benefits. I like the concept but I am uncertain about the reality or science of doing this and wondered if any have done research on the juice plus products or know of similar types of supplements. It is not easy to find independent studies on supplements, and when you do find them, its not easy to evaluate their meaning. thanks in advance.
