Guest guest
Can any one help me treat migraine headaches? I need some ideas on how to treat a child about 7 years old and an adult treatment. Thanks. Jay
Guest guest
Hello Jay, I have a friend who swears by the herb feverfew and takes a feverfew tablet daily. He says it has cut his migraine attacks to 1 mild one a month instead of one in bed for two days a week attack. Best wishes Chris Plus For a better Internet experience http://www..co.uk/btoffer
Guest guest
Jay, Both my husband and son suffered migraines - the kind that would put the house on eggshells for days and no prescription med would provide any kind of relief. Actually the headaches have run in the males in my husbands family for generations. We've gone to eating in line with Atkins - there is a lot to it including cutting sugar, processed foods, eating fresh foods and not particular foods such as white flour products, white rice, white potatoes. Everyone takes vitamins and different supplements. My husband and son have lost their headaches and they both now associate them to eating sugar. They both had sleep problems prior to the diet changes and the headaches were most likely neuralgic from bad sleep. I 've heard of other people who finally associated theirs to different allergies - frequently particular foods.
