I am about to have surgery on my neck as a 2-level anterior cervical

discectomy.

 

I would like any resources or advice about my nutrition before the

surgery and after the surgery.

 

I am a very wholistic-oriented person but the stenosis of 7mm is

forcing me to have surgery rather than fear paralysis.
