The Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority is about to publish its findings on Social Audit's complaint about GlaxoSmithKline's promotion of Seroxat. Though the complaint was upheld, the ruling did not address questions relating to GSK's responsibilities (as opposed to the conduct one of its employees). A new complaint has been submitted now.
