Hi Penel When you say you felt different, what do you mean? Lisa

******************************************************

" ....I did it in class and thought it was the silliest thing I could sell the

gullible public. I think a lot of us in class were laughing under our breaths.

The touch was sooooo light! How could it have any effect?

The next day however I felt very very different. I'd done nothing else that day

that I could tie to how I felt. I wasn't the only one that realized this.

A couple of the other students were so impressed the second day that they called

the teacher and signed up to take a full lymphatic drainage course. "

The A/P class was done over 3 or 4 four day weekends spread out over

the year. Since the usual focus of the school I attend is Asian

bodywork, the whole time was spent sitting on the floor.

The teacher tried to vary the class time with videos between the 9 to

5 lectures but by the time that weekend came along I way pretty much

resolved to the fact that I'd finish the weekend feeling as if I'd way

over slept (cloudy headed) and needing to pump more juice into my

arthritic joints.

Sitting around that much also usually makes me hopelessly constipated

in spite of all the fiber and water I injest.

Not so that weekend.

The day after the simplified lympth drainage session I felt more as if

I'd spent the day before in a yoga workshop but without any muscles

feeling tired.

(I feel I need to mention here that I normally do a lot of crawling on

the floor doing shiatsu on my clients plus I practice yoga. Since I

have a daily personal practice I never take yoga classes anymore but I

periodically do take yoga workshops should someone really good come to

town like Ana Forest. Yoga done properly doesn't hurt the day of or

after though one might find their muscles a little tired.)

Simply said, I felt " clear " .

I've noticed that when people get too much sleep they might drink

coffee to " wake up " .

How I felt wasn't like that. To me that isn't being awake. Coffee is

more like being " wired " .

Am I using too many " buzz words " to be understood outside my cultural

group?
