Guest guest
I am a regular reader of the posts of this group. My problem is related with my stomach. Since my childhood I have upset stomach. I do not have timely bowel movement. Some times I get constipation and sometimes it is dieherria (sp). My current problem is that my stools are sticky and I have to exert pressure for evacuation, which I know is not right. I have been operated for piles and fissure in the past. I do not want to undergo such traumas again. I drink around 3 liters of water everyday. I take lots of fruits and vegetables. But problem is still there. In addition to that I usually get ulcers in my mouth every other week. Can you tell me what is my condition. How can I get rid of this. I am desperate. Thanks GSB
Guest guest
Hi there! Hmmm ..... seems familiar to some of my personal experience. You might like to consider the possibility of yeast overgrowth. Take an honest look at your consumption of foods which feed yeast: primarily sugar (various forms of it). You may feel worse after eating, with bloating, gas, nausea, and yeast can also be implicated in alergic reactions to foods (leaky gut). It's difficult to get diagnosed, and doctors are more likely to say your problems are psychological. There are diet plans which help control yeast, primarily omitting sugar & refined carbs (some vegies & all fruits contain sugar). My suggestion, is to try the diet and see if you respond well, also consider some food rotation (omit a food for 4 days & see if you feel differently) to pinpoint possible allergies. If yeast is your problem, you can improve with persistance. Others will likely have helpful suggestions too. Good luck! Steve mailpostme wrote: > I am a regular reader of the posts of this group.
