Guest guest
Hi there, Nice to meet you all My name is Amanda I am married and 34 years of age with teenage kids. I live in the Oklahoma. I have developed several disorders and illness's over a peroid of 5 years and gained a good 80lbs! SOme of the problems I developed were. Fibromyaligia Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Diabetes Candidias depression mood instabilty/major mood swings. sacrilitis. I have undergone several major surgeries the main one having had my spine re-built with titanium. Now I have had enough and three months ago I decided it was time to change. I read and studied a lot of things and radically changed my diet and exercise routines. I of course stay away from sugar, but also now I am following a strict candida diet, to rid myself of this essential but overgrown pest!! I have had much improvement, with the loss of nearly 60lbs in weight. However I still need to lose more. I no longer eat grains, except for the occasional spelt product. I do eat sprouted grains and have been juicing for a few weeks now. I avoid meat and eat more fish. I stay away from dairy products, eating tofu where available. I take a regime of supplements, both vitamins and essential oils for my heart. My problem is this. I am still so very tired. I can't seem to get my energy level up for long, without raising my blood sugar, which I have only done through using carrot juices. Does anyone know of any juicing recipes that taste ok and do not require apples or carrots as a mainstay? In fact I am open to many suggestions I just want my health, figure. life and sanity back!! ALL SUGGESTIONS GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED!!! Amanda P.S I can't type or spell!
Guest guest
Hi Amada, The changes you've made in your life in pursuit of better health are quite impressive. Hang in there and continue paying attention so you can make adjustments as balances present themselves. On the real world homefront, how are the Mr., the kids, and friends going along with your new lifestyle? Are they joining in with you or giving you an adventure? Your success is not contingent upon them but its to their benefit. Their assistance can't hurt. Your progress is their education as well as your own. Welcome to the list and, if given permission, you safe journey through this and beyond is in our prayers. Penel
