Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have had a few health problems over the past few months and decided I needed to clean up my act, so to speak. Hence I have joined a few groups to educate myself, which I am doing at a rapid rate, and have made some radical changes to my diet. The problem is that I am becoming rather overwhelmed with all the information - balancing omege 3s with 6s, balancing phosphorous and calcium for bones, taking this to prevent this and that to prevent that, eliminating aspartame, cutting back carrot juice in favour of greener juices, is barley green essential to my diet or can I live without it, flaxseed oil, tofu, sesame seed oil, balancing one lot of nutrients in something then thinking but what about the other stuff in it, how does that balance with other stuff - Im starting to feel like I need to be a rocket scientist to sort it all out. I managed to survive for 40 years without all this - my goodness, HOW!!?? lol I guess Im asking if this is normal for newbies and eventually it all comes together or are you constantly juggling new information to make it all fit?
