Guest guest
I have been reading that Cumin raises Glutathione levels by 700%. I have looked for Cumin online, and not found it, and they say it is different that Turmeric. Any suggestions? Guest guest
this may be entirely wrong, but i read tumeric contains only five per cent curcuminoids, the benefical factor in cumin. so i went to price club/costco and in the bulk seasoning section bought a pound of it for four bucks. i take a half teaspoon ful with a mouthful of kefir and wash it down, doing that to or three times, and i have had a minor healing experinece, so that is all i know but there is ample evidence on the web if you punch cumin into your search engine. - Lona Gettingwell Friday, April 04, 2003 12:40 AM cumin?
