The easiest way to sum up the long and technical story of fats, is really simple. If man made it or tampered with it, then the fat is NO GOOD. If nature made it, eat all you want. Can anyone get any simpler? I don't think the most people understand the basic problem with the bad fats. The molecular structure has been changed by hydrogenation. The body uses the fats to construct cell wall membranes. Then... we have defective cells. This allows nutrients to leak out that should stay inside the cells and allow materials into the cells that could be kept out. I think another problem may exist caused by bad fats and thas is a breakdown in cellular communications. After this happens, thousands of things go wrong. But..... some people are not going to stop eating them, no matter what. Wayne
