Hi everyone,

There is an interesting concept in homeopathy most people are not

aware of... But let me start with an example that most of us can

relate to... If you have a flu and are taking echinacea it is easy

for us to fall into that belief that if the bottle says take one

capsule, than to make the relief come quicker, 3 should be

better... I think we have all done that one time or another to

speed the end of suffering...

Homeopathy, being an energetic medicine works differently. It does

not matter if you take one pellet or the whole bottle at once- it

does an equal amount of good... What does matter is how often you

take the remedy. If you are suffering and you want to bring a

quicker end to it, take the remedy more often- not more pellets at

one time. I know homeopathic bottles say take anywhere from 4-8

pellets at a go, but they have a vested interest in you using their

product faster.

One more tip- if you are running low on a remedy, take a small

bottle/glass of water- 4 ounces should do it, and drop the

homeopathic pellet into the water. Stir well. Take a sip (1

tablespoons worth) and that is a dose. Save the water in safe

place, preferably covered, and in a space that is not overly hot or

overly cold, and not longer than 24-36 hours, stir again (this is

important), take another sip, you have taken another dose. This

method will stretch your remaining pills, plus it makes it more

convenient for people on the go to take their remedies...

As a homeopath myself, I think this is a wonderful exercise: using

arnica for bruises. Nothing like personal verification of a healing

modality...

Homeopathic arnica can also help the body recover faster from

trauma. Buy Arnica montana in 30x potency, and let the tablets

dissolve under your tongue. (Do not handle them. Shake them into the

bottle cap and then toss them into your mouth.) Take four tablets

immediately, then four every hour while awake the first day. The

second day, cut back to four tablets every two hours; then four

tablets four times a day. Continue the treatment four to five days.

You may also want to rub some arnica tincture on the bruise.
