Guest guest Posted March 26, 2003 Report Share Posted March 26, 2003 I have a question/concern about vitamin D I take 9 coral calcium caps a day.... each capsule has 400 I.U of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol ~I also take a multi which is 400 I.U vitamin D and I take cod liver oil on a daily basis... my question is.... am I getting too much vitamin D??
