vitamin D

I have a question/concern about vitamin D

I take 9 coral calcium caps a day.... each capsule has 400 I.U of vitamin D3

as cholecalciferol

~I also take a multi which is 400 I.U vitamin D and I take cod liver oil on

a daily basis...

my question is....

am I getting too much vitamin D??

I know certain vitamins A for example in supplement form can be toxic

.... what about vitamin D?
