Q. My doctor tells me that chemotherapy and radiation are necessary

get me well from cancer but I've seen a lot of my friends get very

Q. If there really are CURES for cancer, why wouldn't my doctor tell

A. Your doctor is trying to provide the best treatment for you within

his or her knowledge. But doctors are not taught about health in

medical

school - only about disease. Most doctors do not receive even ONE

of training in nutrition during their four years of medical school.

pharmaceutical industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. It

provides

much of the funding for research in medical schools and nearly all of
