I was going through the posts and read about someone becoming diabetic from

eating grains

.... my question is~

Would it change the insulin response if these grains had been properly

prepared ie: soaked, sprouted, fermented etc

??

Carbohydrates are carbohydrates, no matter how one prepares

them. And it takes insulin to move carbohydrates into the cells.
