Re: Sunflower Seed Yogurt

hi there :)

I am new to group also!

For seed cheese/seed yogurt you simply soak the sunflower seeds overnight in

water (soak the sesame seeds separately) rinse sesame seeds.. put in

blender with 1/2 c rejuvelac and blend for a few minutes.. add sunflower

seeds and more rejuvelac and blend again.. pour mixture into a bowl cover

with cloth secure w/rubberband and place in warm place for 6-8 hours then

you will spoon into seed bag and hang in refrigerator overnight.. place bowl

undercheesecloth to catch the liquid and in the A.M you will have cheese :)

hope that helps some

feel free to email me anytime

I know alot about natural health and living

:)
