I am weight training now 4 days a week since I found out I have osteoporosis Could I potentially fracture my own bone doing a weight routine? For ex: could I snap a Radius or Ulna if I was doing a bicep curl and weight was too much? I remember someone posting here before about increasing bone mass by doing the absolute maximum weight you can do on a squat etc ... would that apply to other things or just certain positions? hope I'm making myself clear here :/ jen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
