a.. Vinegar - Personal Care

Always use apple cider vinegar for personal care. White vinegar is best for

cleaning.

a.. Used as a hair rinse, vinegar neutralizes the alkali left by shampoos.

A reader says 'it will give your hair an all out shine!'

a..

a..

a.. 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar in a small tub of water. Soak your head/hair.

It gets rid of dandruff completely, as well as all the garbage that accumulates

on your hair from shampoos and conditioners. It's absolutely amazing but my

husband does complain about the smell...

asking for your help...

Does anyone know of an alternative medicine doctor in San Antonio,

Tx? or a cure for seborrheic dermatitis?

When I used to make kombucha, I would save the batches which

went too sour & use as a head rinse. It worked nicely. I may try

apple cider vinegar since I no longer have much kombucha vinegar

laying around.

I used to use/replicate Kombucha. I got to where I couldn't lift the jar so

let it go. I miss the Kombucha. Does anybody have a baby they could part

with? I had went to a site on the internet and paid $16.00 or something like

that for a baby kombucha about 4 months ago. Still haven't received it. I

would prefer the vinegar/kombucha over the ac vinegar. The apple cider vinegar

is great but at $5.00 plus for a quart it is expensive. And getting harder to

purchase around here.
