The only Nutritionist in my area does not do diagnostic testing. As in diagnostic testing I'm referring to the Great Smokies. (GSDL). I have received a list of Pratctioners (that's the term used by GSDL) from the GSDL. See. I have been doing some reading. My first step was to rebuild my nutrients as you also stated. I have been using vitamin, minerals, herbals, exercise, meditations and diet to help cleanse and restore my body. I quit all 9 meds cold turkey but did do a wean off on 2 that I considered habitual. Hey, it was sheer hell. I won't deny it. I'm not well but I'm on the mend. I consider myself still at ground zero but I'm dusted, cleaned and leaving triage. I don't understand why in one posting you come across as if you are slamming me and the next posting is actually helpful. I'm sorry if I have offended you. I do have a few smarts left in me. And I am looking at the files and reading. I'm putting in about 4 - 6 hours a day. I can only learn so much so fast. I think I've done remarkably well for myself in these 12 weeks.
