Guest guest
After reading and reading and reading i decided to give up soy milk. I went back to cows milk but organic. BAD moooove. Lactose intolerance didnt go away in the last 3 years!! Dont want to do RIce milk as I watch my sugar a bit. Almond sounds processed but then soy is too... This wouldnt be a problem if i wasnt so concerned about the soy is bad for you scare.. I do eat a quarter cup of soy beans a day and i wont give that up.. thats why i gave up the soy milk.. IM not a vegatarian so the only soy i would purposefully eat would be the soybeans and the bit of soy milk on my cereal.. I got my info from a place called soyonline.com or some such place on the net... So what do you all do for MIlk on your cereal and do most of you agree that soy is or is not good for you?? lisa

Guest guest
I don't post often.....but I avoid soy like the plague...I've had estrogen sensitive breast cancer and soy is a natural estrogen product....so if your family has a history of breast cancer...I would rethink my soy consumption. Guest guest
Dear Lisa, It is posible that you might be treating the symptom rather than the problem, You might want to look into healing your system. If you have some intestinal damage, look to the antioxidants to heal. Lots. of vitamin E, C, A, etc. If it is a matter of intolerance due to bad intestinal bacterias and yeasts, go on a diet of homemade kefir (link on our links page). It is the best source for replacing good intestinal flora with hundreds of beneficial ones that only homemade real kefir has. It also changes lactose to lactic acid so there is no prohibition for those who are lactose intolerant. Consider adding a large amount of a complex polysachrides like aloe vera juice for healing and modulation. Also without saying a good nutritious whole food supplement. Good luck, Frank Gettingwell , " Lisa Provolt " <chkwoods@e...> wrote: > After reading and reading and reading i decided to give up soy milk. I went back to cows milk but organic. BAD moooove.
