COQ-10 is a bright yellow

Comment: Dr. Jon (or Dr. Joncat) was selling low cost vitamins a while

back. He claimed that He had them laboratory tested and that sometimes

they were rejected as the tests gave bad results.

 

He would accept and answer Email at that time. However He avoided sending

copies of the lab reports saying his scanner was broke!

 

Now He has posted some mixed up research. In the paragraph below it is

claimed that CO Q10 is ruined by 115 Degrees of heat------------------In the

next sentence it says eating food rich in CO Q10,......

sardines..........cereal.......will spare COQ-10 tissue losses.

 

 

Now does anyone know how to obtain sardines that have not been thoroughly

cooked? How about cereal?
