Guest guest
Comment: Dr. Jon (or Dr. Joncat) was selling low cost vitamins a while back. He claimed that He had them laboratory tested and that sometimes they were rejected as the tests gave bad results. He would accept and answer Email at that time. However He avoided sending copies of the lab reports saying his scanner was broke! Now He has posted some mixed up research. In the paragraph below it is claimed that CO Q10 is ruined by 115 Degrees of heat------------------In the next sentence it says eating food rich in CO Q10,...... sardines..........cereal.......will spare COQ-10 tissue losses. Now does anyone know how to obtain sardines that have not been thoroughly cooked? How about cereal? Eating foods rich in COQ-10 (sardines, green vegetables, > cereals, and raw nuts) will spare COQ-10 tissue losses. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
