Guest guest
> >cravings any suggestions on how to curb this? Many things will help. It seems that " brainwashing " is not too effective. As I have said before, a few pork chops, eggs, and sausage is the best solution I have found, other than eating an ounce or two of trailmix. Other than that, if I am in a hurry, too busy to even eat or cook the sausage and eggs, Guess what is the next best? Try a teaspoon of honey. Chewing the comb works great for me. Apples, oranges, grapes, and tangerines work wonders. Even though I get about 80% of my energy from proteins, fats, and nuts, at times a light dose of carbs does not seem to hurt anything. I think it is a mistake when we try to totally eliminate carbs. Often a small dose helps the brain keep working at times when we do not feel the need for a full meal. Enough water keeps the brain functioning too. I plan to write an article titled, " Why we Eat " . That should be interesting. Wayne
