Not candy yogurt;-) or acidolphilus culture in capsule or liquid form at mid point between the antibiotic dosages. The thing is, if I understand how dosages of medicine are taken, when each dosage is taken the one before it hasn't completely left a person's system. (Fyi,antibiotics don't kill bacteria. It was explained to me that what they do is keep the bacteria from reproducing. The ten days a person might be suggested to take an antibiotic would be how long it would take before the last bacteria would die before having a baby to carry on the family of bacteria legacy.) If you know you have candida, is it safe to assume you are observing a diet to discourage their growth in you? And short of a cat bite or surgery, why would one need to suppliment with antibiotics in the first place? Perhaps in addition to an anticandida diet one might want to consider an immunity system encouraging tonic. Penel
