Hi,

 

I've been down the candida street and it was a dead

end for me. About yeast, I did a lot of reading and

eating yeast does not make yeast. Candida yeast

thrives on sugar and by the time the nutritional yeast

goes through the digestive tract, it is totally broken

up but not into glucose. Of course, one shouldn't

ingest bakers' yeast that takes vitamins from you but

brewers' yeast that is cultured on spent brewers' hops

and full of B vitamins for you.
