Guest guest
Generally, in years past, I have not worried about these little pests. Not many every bite me. >> This is for anyone who is concerned about mosquitos and disease. However, this year, they were here in numbers. Many bite me in my own yard. A dog died with West Nile less than 1/2 mile away. I found a herbal mosquito repellant at Wal Mart. The one time I used it, I closed my eyes and sprayed my face, neck, and ears. Then I wiped it off the eyes with a bandana. Guess what ? Not a single mosquito bite me during the 1.5 hours I was out in the woods. The ingredients appeared to be non-toxic or else I would not have used it. I made it another year without getting West Nile. Lots of my friends were bitten many times by mosquitoes. Maybe the threat is not as bad as we have been led to believe. Wayne
