Evening Edith,

I read the complete article. I do find things in this article that I have

problems accepting.

First..... It came from WebMD which is a mainstream medical site.

Generally, I consider this to be a worthless site. When one is doing

research, anytime he/she hits a site, they should know enough to make the

decision that it is a " mainstream medical " site. Typically I leave those

sites in 5 seconds or less.

I collect and study blood reports.

The two people with the " HIGHEST HDL " , supposedly good cholesterol, are

the sickest two people I know.

All of the people I know, including runners and many people who exercise

and try hard to be healthy have about the same HDL count.

Frankly, I think anything to do with cholesterol is near worthless.

Don't misunderstand me, I don't intend to be critical of your post. This

is simply something I have been wanting to say for some time. <grin>
