Natural Remedies for Panic-Attacks and Stressful Situations

If you feel Stressed, Anxious, or have difficulty calming yourself

into a deep natural sleep, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Over sixty-five million

Americans and some untold number of people worldwide suffer yearly

from anxiety, chronic stress, and worry, and related insomnia as the

result of a high-pressure job, relationships, financial problems,

lonliness, crowds, traffic jams, travel, high places, closed in

places, etc.

Feelings of Anxiety may include alarm, anguish, dread,

anger, fear, horror, panic, and terror and range from very mild to

intense and ongoing. Because of the complexity of today's world

stress is experienced by everyone at one time or another and can

provoke or worsen overeating, alcoholism, premenstrual syndrome,

irritable bowel syndrome, and may be a contributing factor in the

development of other ailments and conditions.

Scientific research suggests that anxiety is the result of

biochemical imbalance in the brains alarm center, the amygdala, and a

psychological imbalance in thinking that in combination cause an

exaggerated and persistent stress response.

For some time, the only

option for many has been prescription antianxiety medications and

sleeping pills, but some of the potential side effects of these drugs

include impaired memory, loss of concentration, poor quality of

sleep, addiction, and withdrawl symptoms.

Remarkably safe, highly

effective herbal medicines are found to be benefitical for the

treatment of " mild to moderate " anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
