Guest guest
There are more than 100 mineral elements found on earth. Four of these, oxygen, hydrogen, carbon and nitrogen, make up 96% of our body. The remaining 4% of our body is basically made up in part, of the other minerals which are available to us, and these may vary somewhat, depending on the quality of food we eat and where we live. Those minerals that are considered necessary in our diets that exceed 100 milligrams per day are major minerals, and there are seven of them. The balance of the minerals we require are called trace minerals, and they are present in the body in very small amounts. --------- Health, fitness, weight management, lifestyle and more! Join in!
