Guest guest
I agree, sometimes we have a whole bulb of garlic between us with our meal (lovely roasted in my Garlic Roaster with EVOO) and I have never been told that I smell of garlic. Guest guest
Hi Niki Rae, The natural way or natural medicine to lower your blood pressure is to eat fresh Garlic on daily basis, say for example 2 to 4 small gloves twice a day, I am sure after one week you will see lots of difference, and after one week get your blood pressure checked by your doctor and I am sure even your doctor will be surprised. I know that there is unpleasant oddur, if any one wants to keep his/her health with natural medicine, then we have to tolerate the bad oddure for a while. thanks k.mirza " trinity_fyre2000 <trinity_fyre2000 " <trinity_fyre2000 wrote:Hi guys, I have a question...My blood pressure has been unusually high since i had a severe reaction to some meds i was on. it used to be about 102/60.. now it averages 140/85. Guest guest
I sure know the garlic works. My blood pressure is already low and I have been taking the garlic lately for a cold. Guest guest
Hi, I am glad that the oddure of garlic does not bother you, but try on daily basis and not cooked garlic, But use fresh garlic, because cooked garlic is loosing its essincial volatile oils and its value. k.mirza Alobar <alobar wrote: - " khoshaba mirza " To: Sunday, January 19, 2003 10:37 AM Re: hELP..NEED TO LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE > > Hi Niki Rae, > The natural way or natural medicine to lower your blood pressure is to eat fresh Garlic on daily basis, say for example 2 to 4 small gloves twice a day, I am sure after one week you will see lots of difference, and after one week get your blood pressure checked by your doctor and I am sure even your doctor will be surprised.
