I have tendonitis Angie, caused by an accident in July of last year. The

only relief I get from it is by going to the osteopath.

Alot of info about arthritis (I will definetely saved the info)!

Now, can someone give me some clues about tenndinitis....I have had

it in my right arm for probably 2 yrs...It never really goes away.

I've done all the doctor prescriptions...predisone,medications to

reduce inflamation, etc. It feels better for a while (while I'm

taking the medication), only to return later. I'd like to get rid

of it, as I'm not able to use my arm very much.

Thanks in advance for your replies,

Angie

Look into VITALZYME. They have a cassette tape you can listen to.

Dear Gettingwell Group Member,

My sister-in-law had tendinitis and took physiotherapy for it but it didn't

help. A friend of hers told her to try the following:

1. Put a bag of yellow sultana raisins in a jelly preserve jar.

2. Pour 1/2 of a micky of gin over the raisins.

3. Leave for two days (rotating the jar every now and then) until the

raisins have absorbed all the gin.

4. Eat 4 of the raisins four times a day.

She says her tendinitis disappeared and never came back. It sounds like

voodoo medicine but it worked for her and many others.

Eat enough of those raisins and I guarantee you'll feel no pain.
