You did not state your age. If you are 90 or older feel lucky. If

under that age, it may be a warning sign for you to make some changes.

I read the other replies.

First....... drink plenty of the best water you can get. One gallon

per day, minimum.

Second, concentrate on everything that effects proper calcium

metabolism. This would include

potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, D, and E. Make every effort to get

enough of the major minerals such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium.

Third, study the trace minerals such as zinc, selenium, copper, ect.

Likely as important as all the above would be " essential fatty acids " .

Within the last two or three years, I have firmed up the idea in my

mind that if one does not drink enough water and correct the essential

fatty acids, nothing else will help to correct even minor body malfunctions.

Natural Vitamin D is better than supplements. If you don't get enough

sunlight, then surely get some full spectrum lights and use them daily.

If you resort to Vitamin D supplements, use at least 3 different sources.

Eat as much fresh fruit and raw vegetables as you possibly can.

Immediately buy some raw sunflower seeds and eat 2 or 3 ounces per day.

Finally, I would suggest you make your own trail mix with the best nuts

and seeds you can get.

Eat from 2 to 8 ounces per day. By doing this, you will naturally eat less

of the other foods and improve digestion. Depending on your age, you may

need digestive enzymes and HCL.

Avoid all the bad fats, add coconut oil and fish oil to your diet.

That should get you started on the route to recovery. If you do all

that, you will feel so good, a little pain will go unnoticed until it no

longer exists.
