Hi Guys...

I don't remember if I ever posted on this list about orthoptic (optometric)

vision training exercises. I am a devotee of these exercises, which I

learned from my eye doctors at age 45. If you would like some free

information AND practice materials, please email me. I will need some

information from you first so that I can send you the materials appropriate

for your particular condition:

(1) Your make of computer, Mac or PC

(2) If you have MS Word or other word-processing program

(3) If you have Quicktime or Photoshop or other graphics-viewing programs

(4) Your age, vision problems, and vision history, ie do you wear glasses,

what is your diagnosis, etc.

(5) If you have ever done anything w/re to vision training or natural vision

improvement before, and what you perceive to have been the results.

(6) Any info regarding any diagnosed eye diseases you have and/or any other

general health problems

(7) If you exercise (sedentary to strenuous exercise & how often) and your

general level of fitness

(8) Your diet (as much info as you think is relevant. If you commonly have

chocolate cream pie instead of dinner, this is relevant.)

(9) If you are a smoker or anything more than a social drinker (one glass of

wine twice weekly = a social drinker)

I gave lectures on Vision Training while working in India but have never

done so here in my own country (The USA) At some point I may do this here

professionally, but this may or may not happen and if it does it will be far

in the future. So for the meantime I am passing on all the information I

have with no charge and please do feel free to ask me for it.

Thanks,

Francine

Getting well is done one step at a time, day by day, building health and well
