Hello all,

It is with sadness that I report that Dr. Budwig had an accident at her

home about 1.5 months ago, as her nephew wrote me, in reply to my letter

to her. He said she would be not be able to read, answer letters, make

phone calls, or consultations until perhaps the end of January. I am

including his recent e-mails which has given some further insight in

answer to some of my questions:

Thank you for your e-mail answere. I am an engineer an not an medicine

man. Dr. Budwig is my aunt and usually my wife and me visit Dr. Budwig

during the Christmas days.

The accident happened on Nov. 28, 2002 , when she was alone in her flat.

In the last time her health condition was not fine. Possibly it was a

fit of dizziness, when she entered the bathroom. She had fallen down and

broke her right arm near the shoulder. She was found by an neighbour and

an patient. They brought her in an hospital.

At present she is under medical care in an home for old people in

Freudenstadt. Her condition is bad, but she is comfortable and is able

to converse. But she is laying all the day in her bed. I intend to visit

her end of the next week. The medical prognosis will be, that she will

need corporal help during long time.

You are allowed to pass this message onto Dr. Budwigs friends.

write to her home adress. It is arranged that she will get the letters

and to read to Dr. Budwig. Please write with normal post because it is

difficult for us to get letters send by " Registered Post " .

I intend to send another letter to Dr. Budwig, and it would be a fine

gesture if some people who have been helped by her in any way, or any

well wishers, would send a card, note, letter, fax etc. to wish her

well. She would appreciate it in her hour of need. Naturally prayers,

fireballs, and thoughts would be welcomed,too, I am sure...INHO, Dr.

Budwig is truly one of the world`s greatest contributors to the secrets
