Guest guest
<Good Evening! I would recommend that you get a good brand of cherry juice concentrate from your Health food store or vitamin outlet. At times this can also found in the natural foods aisle of your local grocery. Many elderly people take cherry juice for arthritis with very good results. I must say that your very young to be having all these health problems.> Thanks for your response, JoAnn! I like cherries so assume I'll enjoy cherry juice. I agree with your sentiments! Doctors look at me and say you're too young or too pretty to have these symptoms. Its Depression! Not... <I have family members who have experienced panic attacks. Evening primrose is very good for these disorders. In fact I personally know of one person at least who has eliminated their attacks taking EPO. I could look up the dosages if you're interested in starting this.> My son dx'd with autism son takes EPO. Yes, I'd like to know the dosage for me. <Yes,numerous articles relate that up to sixty percent of the population is deficient in magnesium and I tend to believe it! I take 400 mgs twice daily minimum with no calcium added other than that which I get from a small portion of organic yogurt each day, and organic fruits and veggies. It is entirely possible that you are getting more calcium than you need from your diet if you partake of very many traditional dairy products. Most people just get too much calcium from their diets resulting in the disportionate numbers you described. Calcium is the most prescribed supplement in orthodox medicine and although it is important to have it in the proper balance for healthy function of our cells, supplemental calcium is not the way to go in my estimation. Americans simply do not eat very many magnesium rich foods as a rule. Green beans in particular, in fact most lentils, legumes and beans have an abundance of magnesium included. However, from your message, in the light of the fact that you have so many health problems I would advise that you switch to an entirely organic diet. Genetically engineered foodstuffs many times is at the root of many of our problems, not to mention food additives and residues!> Yes, I admit to having poor diet. I have made commitment to myself to change. <The fact that you have been diagnosed with those extremely high calcium levels just disturbs me. I certainly wouldn't keep taking supplemental calcium if I were dx that way. .. Blood clots in female arteries following heart attacks have been analyzed and found simply to be calcium deposits! I am not taking any supplemental calcium other than the minimal dose included in my daily multi-vitamin. I would take 1,200 mgs of magnesium daily in three divided doses until this condition corrects itself. Also I would eat an abundance of dark green leafy organic vegetables with magnesium! purslane is excellent!> Thanks, I will start taking the mag today! <Is the Levrothoid for arthritis?> No, it's for hypothyroidism. Thanks again for your response! Happy New Year! Wanda
