Hi,

A former brother in law [My first wife passed away in 1973] was found to

have a chronic Leukemia in 1993 or 94. The doctor's watched the white count

and when it got to a high level administered three rounds of chemo.

After that [my knowledge of the exact course of events is a little sketchy]

he developed Lymphoma. There is speculation that the chemo for the

Leukemia

eliminated enough of the immune system that the Lymphoma was able to get

started.]

Since that time Jim was on all kinds of chemo. When we heard about it

we sent a tape and Jim had also used Flaxseed Oil faithfully.

My contact has been very limited, but I understand that several times in

the

past years he was told to get his affairs in order. The doctors could not

understand how well Jim was holding up to the chemo treatmenst and how well

he was doing as the chemo did not appear to be successful. They knew he

was

using Flaxseed Oil but dismissed that as of no consequence.

A few months back he was told that they could do no more chemo as it would

kill him. They put him on some kind of cancer medicine in pill form. His

wife did not know what it was. He went down hill and the time left was not

long.

If it were possible to go back to the time the Leukemia was first detected

and go with Flaxseed Oil from there I wonder what might have happened.

Unfortunately, we can only go around once and we can't do it both ways.

Chemo can be deadly stuff. The idea is, I understand, that the chemo will

hurt the cancer cells more than the rest of the body and the rest of the

body will hopefully recover.

Jim went into a coma and passed away March 1, 2000.
